I absolutely adore this product, it is so quiet compared to other toys I have purchased in the past. The packaging was discreet and came on time, it looked exactly like the photo, came with a bag, a cord for charging, and some instructions (which were very helpful when it came to the charging). I’d reccomend this to anyone who wants a vibrator like this but is nervous, I’d buy more toys from this brand in the future.
